The client has submitted the gemstone(s) mentioned overleaf to GGTL for issuing a Gem Testing Report. This Report is issued by GGTL and is accepted by the client on the following Terms and Conditions: The client has requested this report, so by issuing this report, GGTL does not agree to purchase or replace the tested gemstone(s). This report is made for the Indian retail jewellery market. GGTL operates as an independent third-party neutral laboratory and has no financial interest in the gemstones and/or the diamonds and/or jewellery. GGTL has carefully examined the gemstone(s) with instruments and prepared the report to the best of its professional knowledge and standards based on the state of the gemstone(s) submitted to GGTL. Any subsequent color and/or clarity enhancement, change/replacement of the stone is not within the purview of this report. The GGTL report is not a document of valuation, appraisal, or warranty. Gemstones or diamonds can be treated, modified, or re-cut to enhance their clarity or color at any time. The report is based on the results of the tests carried out at the time it was issued. The GGTL report does not indicate whether the stone(s) is/are natural, synthetic, or treated by any process unless otherwise specified. Opinions may vary regarding the characteristics mentioned in the report. Neither GGTL nor any members of its staff shall be held responsible for any discrepancy resulting from the application of other grading methods or standards. In the event of any claim by the client or any other person for damage to the jewellery, or damages resulting directly or indirectly from this report, the liability of GGTL shall be limited to the amount it received as a fee for the report. GGTL is not responsible for possible dissimilarities or differences that could appear from repeated examination or as a result of other methods applied, or for possible inaccuracies due to technical or mechanical defects or errors in the instruments and equipment used. Any dispute arising out of this report falls within the jurisdiction of the law courts of Pune only
